Once we have reviewed everything, we will set up our second meeting where we will do a dive deep into types of lenders, products, rates and terms. Together we will decide on the lender and product we will then submit for approval.
Application Review
Completed virtually from anywhere. We will read through and sign the mortgage commitment and all the other regulatory documents.
Signing Appointment
Once all the conditions are satisfied, your file will be sent the lawyer of your choosing. We work with many lawyers with whom we trust to take care of you should you like us to make a recommendation on your behalf.
